Shipping for Milk Products

  • Free standard shipping on all orders
  • Standard shipping is 3-5 business day delivery (it frequently arrives sooner)
  • 2-Day delivery is available for an additional charge (in terms of business days.)
  • We can ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 States); excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Internationally
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Amazon Lockers
  • In the case of a return, shipping charges are non-refundable

Shipping for 3rd Party Items

Standard ground shipping is Free for all orders in the continental United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will require additional shipping fees.

Power Scooters

Most standard travel scooters are shipped and delivered within 7-10 business days via UPS or FedEx. Medium, large and full-sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any customization, including options and upgrades, may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.

Lift Chairs

Depending on the model and custom options, delivery times will vary from 5 days to 4 weeks. The freight carrier will call to initiate and arrange a specific delivery time and date.

Specialty Shipping Options for 3rd Party Items

Second Day Shipping

Available for some standard items. Price will vary based on the product and your zip code. The cost will be provided to you during checkout. 

White Glove Delivery

This option provides additional assistance for customers. This is a fantastic option for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Here is a list of the added benefits you receive with white glove delivery. 

  • The item will be shipped to a local agent in your area.
  • The agent will inspect the product to make sure it is in proper working condition.
  • The agent will then contact you to schedule a delivery time.
  • Upon Delivery the agent will assemble the device and answer any questions you might have about proper use, care and storage.
  • Before leaving the agent will clean up the packaging and remove it from your home.
  • The cost of white glove delivery will vary based on the specific product being ordered. It will be listed on the product page when you check out.

Indoor Delivery

This option allows you the opportunity to have the item carried inside your home. Items will be carried inside and placed on the first floor only. Price varies based on the specific product. *Some items will require freight delivery. An estimated shipping date will be included on your order confirmation email. Return/Exchange Policy for Milk Products

  • All Pivit Brand products are guaranteed FREE returns or exchanges, we pay the shipping!
  • Items are available for return or exchange for a minimum of 60 days after purchase (frequently longer depending on the item’s guarantee)

Credits
Once your return is verified, Milk will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a check within 30 days. NOTE: If your item was defective or damaged during shipping, please call us immediately at 1-800-544-3128 & we will arrange for the item to be replaced or repaired.

Return/Exchange Policy for 3rd Party Items

The majority of items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Unlike Milk products, 3rd party items must be returned at the customer’s expense. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Milk reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees incurred. If a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed, Milk may charge a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup. Items eligible for return:
  • Must be in new condition free of scratches, cracks, dirty or marked tires, or any indication of usage.
  • Must be returned in original packaging (new packaging can be purchased by calling customer service)
  • Must have requested return authorization within 30 days of delivery. Please call or email customer supportto receive your return authorizations.
  • Must be returned within 14 day of receiving return authorization.
  • Custom items made by manufacturer are non-returnable. These items include:
  • Lift chairs w/ custom fabric selection and/or heat and massage
  • Certain products require a 15% restocking fee. They include:
Scooters, lift chairs, power wheelchairs, vehicle lifts, custom lightweight wheelchairs, cushions and backs, beds, rehab shower commode chairs, parts, therapeutic shoes NOTE: All returns MUST have Return Authorization to be credited. Please call 1-800-544-3128 or email us at [email protected] to request your Return Authorization.

Return Shipping on 3rd Party Items

Return freight for shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Milk has made a mistake. Once you have requested a Return Authorization, we can help determine the best shipping method for you.

Please follow all return-shipping instructions that are provided with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Milk reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees required for shipping the item to the correct location. Missed scheduled pick-ups with the delivery carrier may result in $10 fee per incident.

Cancellations for Milk Products

We try to ship orders as fast as possible.  We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed. To cancel, please contact our customer support ASAP. If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.
Cancellations for 3rd Party Items
Canceled orders- If the order has been shipped, it is subject to standard return policies. You must receive the item, then ship it back unused and undamaged.
